When i arrival here i understand that some people they real to respect the quest. Owner and the people that to work in reception is real gentleman. This hostel have everything. Quite place that you can to sleep. Everything you need in kitchen. Free tea and coffee all time you need. Power WIFI everywhere. Big shower and hot water. Soft toilet paper in toilet. Everywhere so clean. Hand soap. Very good A/C in the rooms. Beautiful veranda and balcony in the rooms. Private locker for personal things. Good orthopaedic bed. Security entrance door. TV. Towel. Very good position. Close for many shops and center road. I think that i find my future home. But the important is that the staff they are good people and they know good marketing. 10+

This was a nice hostel. Contrary to other reviews about staff not being there, when I rang the bell, staff came down shortly. The bathrooms were a little dirty and had some kind of smell from the drain I believe. Other than that, the rest of the place was pretty clean. Beds were very squeaky and loud though. When I asked staff if there was a locker, they said no, but offered to hold onto my computer while I went out during the day, to assure it wouldn't get stolen. Overall, not a bad place at all. Rooms are big and the location is very close to a metro stop, which made going downtown very easy and quick.

There is a lot of things to improve. When I wanted to put my clothes to a wardrobe, first I had to clean the dust. The bed is totally unconfortable. It would be proper to change it for a new one. That one is so thin and used you can feel a lower construction desk. I was welcome by a very nice and helpful person from the staff (Gal). It is only one plus. Then there was anyone who would calm down a noisy, swearing all night guest or bring a toilet paper to the upper toilet (there was only one for 8 people). It looks like nobody cares for that place.

“Perfect place to relax. 10+”
So good place in Sofia. Quite place with power wifi everywhere. So clean everywhere in hostel. Close for many shops. Washing maching and dry stand. Security door. Save place. Free coffee and tea. Manager from Belgium is so good man. Kitchen. Hot water in bath. Balcony. A/C so good. Good bed. Big shower and clean. Quite area. Garden. Nice park near the hostel. I am so happy here and i will stay long time.
