私たちはダブルツリー・ブリュッセルに2泊しましたが、とても良かったです！ 立地は素晴らしく、ブリュッセル・ノール駅や地下鉄の近くで、周辺にはたくさんの店があります。 ロビー、廊下、ホテルの部屋は清潔で、実際に良い香りがします。 スタッフは皆親切で、対応も良かったです。 朝食は選択肢が豊富です。 彼らのサービスのクッキーは最高です！もう一つ頼んでしまいました（笑）。

全てから約20分の徒歩圏内にある素晴らしい施設のようです。ブリュッセルノール駅からは徒歩わずか10分です。とても美味しい朝食で一日が始まります。快適なベッド、リネン、タオルもあります。ルームサービスの食事もとても良いです。

ホテルはロジエ地下鉄駅の近くにあり、ブリュッセル北駅からもそれほど遠くないのは良い点です。しかし、ブリュッセル北周辺には貧しいコミュニティがあり、危険な活動やスリの可能性が高いです。朝食はフルーツが良かったし、種類も豊富でしたが、全体的には普通でした。部屋は特に清潔で、ほぼ24時間体制でのハウスキーピングサービスがとても良かったです。車で行く場合のみ宿泊をお勧めします。全体的には大丈夫ですが、立地が問題です。

“快適な大きなベッドで良い眠りを”
プロ: ベッドと枕は非常に快適です。これが私がこのホテルで一番気に入っている部分です。部屋は清潔でかなり広々としています。部屋の外に水ディスペンサーがあり、ロビーには柑橘類入りの冷水が用意されているのは大変ありがたいです。 コン: 部屋は静かですが、他の部屋からの会話がはっきり聞こえてくることがあります。おそらく空調システムかどこかからです。ベッドはドアに沿っており、入り口で完全にむき出しになっているのは標準的なホテルの部屋のレイアウトとしては奇妙です。ルームサービスは不十分で（部屋のスリッパを求めて受付に二度電話しました）、結局受付で直接頼むことになりました。スタッフは礼儀正しいですが、非常に冷たく感じました。ここに4泊しましたが、ボディローションが空になっていて、補充されることはありませんでした。ルームサービスの経験が悪かったため、もう彼らにお願いすることはありませんでした。私が支払った金額に見合う価値があるかどうかはわかりません。ロビーのコーヒーマシンは故障していて、使用する機会がありませんでした。

Our housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining spacious, spotless accommodations. However, we regret some service aspects fell short of our standards. Our 24-hour reception team is typically prompt in addressing requests, and we've reinforced our amenity replenishment protocols. The lobby coffee station has since been fully restored. Finally, we're glad you appreciated our hydration stations offering still and citrus-infused water - a refreshing touch many guests enjoy after exploring Brussels' city center.
