予約時にはWi-Fiが表示されていましたが、支払い後にホテルに到着した際、Wi-Fiは利用できませんでした。また、洗面所の換気扇は動作しておらず、エアコンのコントロールも他の部屋と共有されていました。

The check in was late , room not clean and we asked to get it cleaned while we are out and they didn't The service is not good at all

Although the hotel's location is perfect as it's close to the malls and restaurants .. it has also a nice parking area .. but there is one major issue with this hotel that I faced for 3 times so far .. Rooms are full of COCKROACHES .. it's disgusting and the rooms seems to be left without cleaning as sometime you see some pieces of food under the coach .. The only advantage is location .. but what good is a location if it is dirty?!

Air conditioning can not be controlled by making it off or on or temperature control in some rooms. You can to call hotel service to turn on or off or adjust temperature from other location outside the room.

Not clean, bed sheets dirty, as a whole one of the worst experience staying at here, staff at reception is not cooperative one, I asked them to extend my check out time but they did only for one hour even they when I checked in, it was very late at night. AC was a big headache here, my room AC was attached with other room, I was telling to switch off might other was saying to switch on . I stayed with 2 kids ( small) , was difficult to spend night in chilly winter night with AC.

“高い可能性があるが非常に悪いホテル”
タイトルの通りです。家族と一緒にデラックスルームに一泊しましたが、最悪の経験でした。ハウスキーピングはまったくありませんでした。キッチン、ダイニングエリア、バスルームの至る所にゴキブリがいました。小さなテーブルを動かそうとしたとき、2匹のゴキブリが出てきてそのアイデアを再考しました。部屋にはインターネットもありませんでした。歯ブラシ、タオル、バスルーム用のサンダルなどの基本的な客室基準すら満たしていませんでした。 ロケーションは良いです。レストラン、モール、スーパーマーケットなど、ホテルの近くにたくさんのサービスがあります。ホテル内には駐車場もあります。 ホテルの施設は良いかもしれません。しかし、ハウスキーピングが不十分でサービスも悪いため、私の経験は非常に悪いもので、再度訪れることは考えていません。
