The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided suggestions on restaurants, prepared an early morning breakfast to go,, and arranged transportation for us. They are the outstanding feature of this hotel. The location is convenient to several of the main sights (St Stephen Cathedral, Hofburg palace, etc). I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

Everything was brilliant even before we arrived at the hotel. Staff were super friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Room was terrific and unique, location was great - right in the city centre with walking distance to many landmarks. Breakfast was gorgeous and high quality with a happy chef humming songs while cooking. We'll pick this hotel again when we return to Vienna.

Fantastic hotel, big rooms, full size toiletries in rooms, very friendly staff and perfect location. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely go back and I’m going to try the Paris hotel next! Only thing that would make it even better would be for tea and coffee making facilities in room. Other than that, the hotel really made my stay in Vienna special.

I've been to trip my family. The hotel is very good location and staff is very frendly. Andthen I was awsome . That because wrote in front of room any message. " Welcome to Family GOO ^__^" Thanks for your sense. The hotel gave us some meal for 2-5pm freely. There are a lot of food. I was very happy to breakfast for every moring.

“Disappointment and uncomfortable experience”
The whole feeling from we getting the hotel gate to entering inside the room was uncomfortable. It's like that we got into a hostel with not well maintained interior and not clean environment. My wife even found some bug bites on her arms the next morning. Although the reception staff was very nice and helpful, we still checked out the early next morning with giving up the rest of the 3 night payment. Huge gap between the reality and the advertisement. Awful experiences!
