最近、ライジズキャンパーダウンに宿泊しましたが、部屋の清掃状態に非常に失望しました。 チェックイン時、バスルームのシンクに陰毛があるように見え、シャワーにも髪の毛がありました。また、引き出しの中にもクラムが残っており、部屋がゲストの合間に適切に清掃されていないように感じました。 私自身、ハウスキーピングのスーパーバイザーとして、守るべき基準を理解していますので、チェックイン直後にそのような状態の部屋に入ることは本当に衝撃でした。 このレベルの衛生状態は、この基準のホテルにとっては容認できず、私の滞在に大きな影響を与えました。管理者がこれを真剣に受け止め、清掃プロセスを改善することを望みます。

先週、娘と一緒にシドニー大学を訪れ、近くのRydges Camperdownホテルに宿泊しました。ホテルは外観こそ少し古びて見えましたが、部屋は清潔で広々としており、非常に快適に過ごせました。 さらに、近くのニュートウンを散策することを強くお勧めします。ここは文人や若者に人気で、建築スタイルはボヘミアンの雰囲気が漂っています。通りにはブティック、レコード店、古着屋、さまざまな特色あるレストランが軒を連ねています。ホテルから徒歩で約10分ほどで到着しますが、体力を節約したい場合はバスを利用することをお勧めします。バスの所要時間はわずか5〜6分で、停留所はホテルの目の前にあるので非常に便利です。
