ロケーションは素晴らしいです。唯一の欠点は、建物に入るためのスロープがないことです。しかし、受付のスタッフが重いスーツケースを階段まで運んでくれたので、私たちが入るのは簡単でした。それ以外はすべて完璧で、サービスも良いです。受付にある小さなショップは、何か基本的な食べ物や飲み物が必要な人には便利です。アパートの向かいには食堂があり、ショップも近くにあります。

このアパートを選んだのは、4泊する予定で子供たちのために料理をするのが簡単だと思ったからですが、キッチンは汚れていたので使いませんでした。電子レンジの中にはソースが飛び散っており、床やキャビネットは油っぽく、ベタベタしていました。カーペットは汚れていて、足や靴下が黒くなりました。至る所にほこりがあり、バスルームもあまり良くなく、水で洗った後はなんとか大丈夫でした。ソファベッドは非常に不快で、硬いスプリングがつき出ていて、真ん中が凹んでいました。毎晩、午前1時まで向かいのバーから大きな音がしており、バーが閉まると午前3時には市役所が道路を修理していました。はい、他の物件より安くて市内に近いですが、それには代償が伴います。もし一人旅で1泊だけならいいでしょうが、そうでなければ他の場所に宿泊した方がいいです！もう戻りません。

週末に利用しましたが、窓のシール部が劣化して外の騒音(近くのレストランの騒ぎ)が筒抜けでした。また、設備も古く、整備不十分①エレベーターの停止位置5〜6㎝手前、エレベーターが停止する前にドアが開く ②キッチンヒーターは古くパワー不足でインジケーターランプの球切れもあり、使用しているかどうかが分かりにくい ③ソファーベッド使用でしたがソファーのスプリングが2ケ 欠落 ④ 最悪なのはチェックイン時にセキュリティーのためと200ドルを追加請求され、支払いがない場合は宿泊できないと 後出しジャンケンされたこと。

No car park in unit block A lot of noise from street level when sleeping. No car parks in Wilson parking station.

“滞在中は良かったですが、おすすめはしません。”
ダイニングハーバーに近く、オペラハウスやパディスマーケットまでも歩いて行ける位置だったので良かったです。地下鉄の駅やマートも10分以内の距離にあり、すぐ下にコンビニがあるのも嬉しかったです。また、スタッフの方々が皆親切に対応してくださったので、滞在中は良かったし感謝しました。立地やサービスには満足しています。 しかし、夜にバイクなどの騒音が非常に激しく、寝ることができませんでした。古い建物なので、客室内の設備が老朽化している部分もあり、キッチン器具（鍋、電気ポットなど）が衛生的ではなく見えたので、ちゃんと使ってみることができませんでした。また、入口にはスロープやエレベーターがなく、10段程度の階段だけがあったため、キャリーケースを自分で運ぶ必要があったのが不便でした。他のレビューで虫の話を見かけており、私たちも入口の階段でゴキブリを見かけましたが、幸い客室内では遭遇しませんでした。 宿泊施設自体にいくつか残念な点はありましたが、総じて過ごせるものでした！
