It is a boutique Hotel with 14 rooms, TV Lounge, a pantry and Laundry. We are on budget looking for a clean and safe place to stay for my family. If this is what you are looking for, then this is the place to be.

Broken blinds and window would not shut properly. Clearly an ongoing issue as it had been taped shut previously. Tape was on window frame.

Minutes walk from beach and centre. Anytime fitness nearby which was great for us. We booked a bigger room and glad we did even though only two of us. Fans available on request. Really needs air con. No washing machine on site. Parking permits available on request but limited. Parking difficult and expensive if not. Nobody always on site but helpful when requested.

Excellent budget hotel with bus to Manly passing the door, and 14 minutes' walk to The Corso. Finding hotel could be improved by having name of hotel on front door (at night, name not visible). Directions could be improved - the side gate is a metre from front door, and is painted dark blue which appears black at night. Men's hand-basin tap is very loose - needs attention.

We stayed in the double room with ensuite. Everything was clean. Hostel was generally quiet. Courtyard was a nice feature.

Found the place to be very economical, comfortable, clean, tidy and quiet The rooms were basic, clean and great for a group . Shared facilities - kitchen and lounge great. Great location, walking distance to shops, ferry and beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights, good accomodation

The couple of owners was very kind and welcoming. The location is only one minute walk to the beach. I recommend.

Unfotunately we booked six nights but stayed just two nights. The second night we slept on the couch, because after the first night my eyes were burning through the day and i sneezed often, when I was in the room, my friend had a headache. Then we had a closer look and saw mold on the ceiling. We told the manager about that, he responded really unfriendly. So we decided to leave, because he were not able to give us another room for the rest of the nights. He told us, he just can give us a refund if he can rent it to someone else. So he did for two nights, but we still waiting for the Money! The room was unclean, and the mattresses really uncomfortable.. you just feel the springs that are hurting in the back. Also the sink in the kitchen was clogged and full of water. the fridge was flooded, can't put anything in there. Was just a awful experience.

Location- it was okay but i guess you pay less because it is far from the main beach and shops. Hotel room- hotel was not very accomodating, room was tiny, very noisy due to being close to the main road. It says that it provide toiletries, upon arriving no toiletries available. Had to purchased our own. Worse thing towels were not to be trusted for us to use. The bath mat looks whiter than the towels provided. Again we had to purchase our own towels. Just to be safe. During summer might not be a good place to stay since airconditioner isn’t provided. Parking- Take note it is hard to find parking around the area with a time limit of 2Hrs. however, provides a full day parking with $50 deposit.

This is a backer packers hostel and not a hotel. While quite clean it is way over priced for what it is.

I enjoyed my stay @ the 'Manly Beach House'. I have one suggestion to make:- they need either ceiling fans or air conditioning throughout the common areas and individual bedrooms. Even in October, it was very hot, humid and airless in the common areas, except when the front door was open creating a breeze between front and back doors. There was no air circulating in my room which made sleeping very difficult in the hot and humid atmosphere.

We have read lots of reviews about this place before and didn't know what to excpect. For two nights we stayed in a four bed room and it was absolutely nice. Yes it's like a guesthouse or hostel but we paid less than in a hostel dorm. The stuff was friendly and we had no problems. I don't know about the excpectations of the other reviewers but it was for us and our purposes perfect!

Manly Beach House is a vey safe place for solo travelers. The owners live upstairs and are always available in case you need any support.

Not impressed I checked in and checked out in 15mins. I was to stay for 3 days however turned up and found that my family were staying in a attic with just fans and beds. My husband who is 6ft 5 couldnt fit thru the door let alone stand in the shower. It was about 50 degrees in the room as it was like a attic. Then had to arrange other accomadation which was very costly to us. They did give me refund for 2 nights however I was out of pocket for the 1st night then had to pay so much more for somewhere else to stay while my Husband had surgery.

“ホテルではなくビーチハウス（民宿）です”
場所はマンリービーチの中心から少し遠いです。部屋は白を基調として明るい感じですが、すごく狭かったです。トイレ・シャワーは共同で、トイレとシャワーが同じ部屋なので、誰かがシャワーを浴びているときはトイレに入れません。シングルルームに２泊しましたが、２泊目のベッドメーキングは特にありませんでした。共用スペースのリビングにインターネット用ＰＣが１台おいてありましたが、フリーズして使いものになりませんでした。
