The lock of the bathroom and curtains is broken. I even accidentally opened the door when someone was showering. I don't understand why the light is so weak.

The first & most important thing I sought ess . . .Air Con ! Its been a very hot and humidity summer over November & December 2025/January 2026. The day before Australia day was 35 degrees Celsius. I popped out to get some food and quickly popped back into my wonderfully air conditioned room. Whilst it is in the heart of the Campsie shopping district, the rooms cut out 90 per cent of the noise. You have the benefits off the shopping district literally just steps from your room. Woolworth la Campsie is a hop, step & a jump from your room. If you love peace and quiet, these are the rooms for you. Im am shy and reserved and had no problems utilising the shared bathroom & toilet facilities. Yes, these are shared, however, in these current tough economic times, can you really afford ( and is it really worth it) to get a room with an ensuite, and fork out an extra $15 to 35 per night that you use 5 times maximum over three days ! My room was clean and for the Seinfeld fans who may read this, the sheets are tucked in hard. Lol. I did a Jerry ( Seinfeld) and jumped on the bed and messed up the sheets and linen. Value for a Motel = 8 out of 10 Slight Criticism: Coffee, tea, sugar, a cup + saucer and two water drinking glasses and a kettle are provided and many thanks. Slight Aberration: No spoons and/or stirring sticks ( paddle pop sticks) are provided. I hate bringing this up, but it is a Slight inconvenience as is the fact that NO WATER is provided. In this day and age, I found this an imposition as I was about to put the kettle on when I realised there was no water. I searched and searched. To reiterate, I had to go to Woolies situated 3 mins walk away and purchased 2 x 1 litre bottles. Again, I hate to sound petty or precocious, but a 750ml or preferably 1 litre of bottled water won't break the budget. That's why I rate my experience 8 out of 10.
