エメラルドヌーサで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました！プールとスパは本当に素敵で、スタッフはとても親切で対応が良かったです。ただ唯一の欠点は、最初に着いたときに部屋がカビ臭かったことです。窓を開けて扇風機を回すと、ほとんど臭いは消えました。クイーンズランドなので湿気は想定されますが、今後のゲストのために改善されることを願っています。

その立地は、二人の幼い子供を持つ私たちにとって非常に重要でした。 ビーチとハスティングストリートへのアクセスは完璧でした。 アパートメントは広々としていて設備が整っていました。 中庭はとても便利でした。 スタッフは親切で役に立ちましたが、実際には目に見えませんでした。

４月末から５月頭にかけて５泊しました。海沿いではないので眺望はありませんが、Hasting street沿いでNoosaの街のカフェやショップの並びです。beachまでは道路を渡って１分、申し分ありません。 プールは小さめですが温水で、MAX25℃程度の気候でも楽しめました。 部屋は２bed room リビングダイニング、キッチン十分に広く、大人２人子供２人で気持ちよく過ごせます。日本のように至れり尽くせりではありませんが、フロントの対応も満足です。次回もまた行くかな。

Very overpriced for what you get - clearly you are only paying for the location of being on Hastings St. We arrived to the hotel and first impressions were that it was nice, as it was very large and spacious, with beautiful common areas. However, we would soon realize the common areas of the hotel were much better kept and quite deceiving from what you get inside your room. When you walk into the unit you are hit with a smell of mustiness from being old and not properly updated/upkept. The room was not kept sufficiently clean as there were many cob webs and spiders throughout in the corners, ceilings, pantry, etc. the white walls and doors were stained of brown dirt from never being cleaned. The bathrooms had visible mold on the ceiling in many places. The bathroom window was permanently open at the top (which you cannot close), so a cold draft came in making the adjoining bedroom extremely cold, not to mention you would then hear everything from the adjacent common areas. We had to close the door to the bathroom to sleep - but you were greeted with this once you went in to use it of course. The cherry on top was the last day of our stay: the wifi went out at 4:45pm and we were not able to access to the internet from then on. (You would think they would have a contingency plan for something like this occurring?) We had to use our cellular data from back home ($$$$) in order to be able to access necessary information and reservations moving forward, for the rest of our travels. This was very frustrating, and we were told nothing was able to be done due to fact reception leaves at 5pm each night. In speaking to other patrons, it was clear many were upset about this. Fast forward to checkout, no one was there at 8:15am to assist us, even though we were told desk hours were 8-5pm upon checkin. As such, we wrote a note asking the manager Emma to give us a call upon their arrival to discuss the stay. Instead, they did not call us but emailed. I wanted to discuss the issue

We have stayed at least 5 times now with various family members and now or own 2 small kids. So convenient for beach access and coffee/restaurants on Hastings Street.

We have tried a few times to stay here but it has always been booked - I can see why! It is a lovely place. I would like to see the rooms a little darker (wooden shutters don't keep all the morning light out). It is great so far! Another night to stay and we hope it will be just as nice.

The allocation was just right amongst the vibes of Hasting Street, close to restaurants, shops and beach. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, it was very spacious and was provided all the necessities. Only thing was on the ground floor, we heard every conversation people had when they walked through or when the people use the pool area, so was a little noisy. The rules should be more stricter to people talking loudly when they walk past other peoples apartment in the evenings, I was not impressed on some evenings there were swearing and shouting when people walked past my bedroom windows. Maybe the windows on the ground floor should be double glazed- just a thought.

If you stay here you won't need a car, Hastings Street and Noosa main beach are right on your door step. Clean, well appointed, large apartments and spotlessly clean. The pool is warm and wonderful to relax in enjoy the spa and the sauna. If you want to avoid the street noise ask for a room towards the back of the resort in the Sapphire Tower.

Great location just metres from the beach and Hasting St. Our 2 bed unit on level 4 was a great size. Only downside was the paper thin curtains in each room that kept out zero light. We were wide awake at 5:00am when the sun came up!!

“素敵な場所”
