非常に素敵なアパートで、素晴らしい設備があります。ハスティング通りに便利に位置しています。スタッフは午後5時までしか利用できないので、午後5時以降にチェックインしたい場合は、事前にアパートに知らせる必要があります。そうしないと、チェックインするための鍵が手に入らなくなります。また、チェックイン前に鍵がないため、駐車場に入る方法について混乱しました。

女の子の週末旅行のために2ベッドルームのスーペリアアパートメントを予約しました。アパートメントはとても広々としていて清潔でした。場所は素晴らしく、ヘイスティングスストリートに面していたので、レストラン、ショップ、メインビーチまで歩いて行けました。レセプションのスタッフはとても素敵で、とても協力的でした。またここに宿泊すること間違いなしです。

ベラ・カーサでの滞在を本当に楽しみました。私と妹は2ベッドルームのアパートメントにとても満足しました。広々としていて、本当に清潔で整理整頓されており、素敵な家具がありました。ヘイスティングス通りに直接出る素晴らしい立地です。プールは美しいですが、大きな複合施設であるため、すべての人が快適に過ごすにはおそらく小さすぎます。全体として、ベラ・カーサに滞在することを強くお勧めします。

ベラ・カーサは町の真ん中に位置しており、コストパフォーマンスが非常に良いです！アパートメントは非常に広々としており、川を見下ろす素晴らしいバルコニーがありました。非常におすすめです！

Enjoyed our one night stay here - lovely king size bed and great location. Easy parking and transfer of luggage on their trolley made it very easy despite getting caught in a tropical downpour. Loved the balcony/kitchen setup with large pull-up window with stool on balcony. Quality furniture too.

Great spot. Recommend bringing your own everything as “self contained” so don’t expect anything. Had 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 towel for 6 days. Asked for more and was told to purchase them. Strange approach for a 10c item for guest satisfaction. Milking the covid “we can’t clean” BS.
Hi Carl, As you mentioned in your review we are "self contained Apartments" not serviced apartments. We provide a starter pack which includes your basic needs of toilet paper, dishwashing powder, tea, coffee milk, this information is all provided in your confirmation email. Our apartments are set up with washing machines and dryers and if you stay 7 nights or more then a mid stay service is provided, unfortunately you booked only 5 nights. As mentioned we can certainly provide additional items at a small cost from reception, or most guests to choose to shop while they are staying to pick up what additional items they may need.

Great location right on Hasting st. Very small unit. Felt very boxed in amongst all other units. Ironing board but NO Iron. Air condioner in the bedroom you couldn't change off 21 degree. Directions on arrival form stated lift closest to reception but in fact you had to enter the room via the lift in the carpark furtherest away from reception. No directions at the lift and after calling the after hours phone number and no one answering I had to work out how to use the lift or walk the 3 flights of steps with my bag. Still no ones has returned my call 24 hours later. Would not recommend the hotel based on facilities
Hi Shelley, sorry to hear that your recent stay with us fell short our your expectations. I can see from our records that you were a late arrival for your stay, included in your late arrival pack is an information sheet with comprehensive information on how to access your apartment and how to work your key fobs. I have checked our after hour call log and cant see any missed calls, as we would of been more then happy to assist you with an queries. Our one bedroom apartments are some of the largest on the street at 80sqm, and all are equip with remotes for each AC unit so guests can adjust the temperature and Irons to go with our ironing boards. We hope that next time your back in Noosa you give us another try as i am sure you will enjoy your stay.

The parking is very difficult if you drive a people mover, van or 4WD the spaces are very small and not much room to turn, the staff refused to move parking spaces for me as it was "too hard". There is a very lively and noisy resturant next door called Bang Bang it stays open every night until midnight and the resturant staff make a lot of noise cleaning up, emptying bottles etc. The unit number 4 where we stayed is nice but unfortunately the Bella Casa staff have an unhelpful attitude.
Hi Geoff, Due to high occupancy levels we were unable to find an alternative parking option for you as our parks are allocated and we don’t have access to all the spots in the complex for us to switch around. It is advised on booking confirmations the carpark size restrictions and I can confirm you had one of our larger spots, we are sorry to hear that the carpark situation dampened your stay with us. We also understand your frustrations with the neighbouring restaurant and I can ensure you that we are working tirelessly with them to ensure they are not impacting on our guests stay. We have been in discussions with the team about your complaint.

Location of hotel was great if you want everything at your doorstep. We had an apartment at the back of the resort so there wasn’t a nice outlook from our balcony. I can’t say anything negative about the actual apartment. There was plenty of room in our 2 bedroom apartment. Not cramped. Had our own washing facilities and very clean. All crisp white interior. Lovely reception staff. Only negative was the size of parking bays. Our large people mover was parked between two cement posts. Had to climb out back seat. Bad planning but overall location and rooms were great!

Great location. Very spacious apartments and well equipped with a beach umbrella, chairs, tent and beach toys for kids. Would stay there again! Large balcony attached and also very quiet at night considering it’s on Hastings St.

everything was perfect(3-min-foot distance to Matin beach, spacious living room) but they started under working at the hall which is very next to the room since early morning(8 am) and even more they got in and started to repair the airconditioner in my room. It lasted 1h 30m and was totally annoying

Very spacious apartment and perfect position right in the middle of Hastings St. loved that the locked up car park had a lift straight up to our room. Will definately be coming back ASAP. Very pleasant gentleman in reception, couldn’t help us enough.

This accommodation is right on Hastings St, 30secs to the beach and is much better value than a lot of other accommodation on the street. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was, the apartment was large, had all the facilities, sparkling clean and perfect for us (a couple with 2 kids under 2 & 2 Grandparents in tow). Highly recommend. (Unit 2)

Wonderful apartment.in a great location. Staff second to none - helped us locate and return our backpack - with passport inside! And. Couriered it to us...... cannot the knrhen enough!
