“閑静で、最高”

価格はそれなりですが、それ相当のホテルです。 周辺も高級住宅街の中なのか、静かで、車もほとんど走っていない。 近くには、パース市内までの無料バス停があり、全く不便は感じません。 キングスパークも近く、文句の付け所無し。 あとは、お値段だけが。。。

“フレンドリーホテル”

予想していたよりもこじんまりとしたホテルでした。 ゴージャスなイメージよりもフレンドリーな印象が強いホテルです。 5か月の子供と3人での宿泊でしたが、ベビーベッドの準備もしていただけてましたし、 併設されたドレスコードありのレストランでも乳児同伴OKだったのが素晴らしいです。 もちろん、料理も素晴らしく、ちょっと高めの料金でしたが、納得の味でした。 ホテルのサービスのみならず、立地的にもキングスパークへ近く、散歩をし、公園でランチを楽しむ事も出来ました。 週末だったせいもあり、公園内も小さいお子さん連れの家族が多く、一緒に話をしたりして和ませてもらいました。 ホテル近くから無料バスも出ており、中心地まで10分足らずで行けるのも良かったですね。

“自分の家のように過ごせるホテル”

パースの中心地からは離れており、ホテルのまわりは、どちらかというとビジネス街という感じで、観光の雰囲気はありませんが、フリーバスで１０分ほどで、パースの中心地には行けますし、キングスパークまで歩いて行けるので、地理的にはマイナスではないと感じました。 部屋がとても広く（グレードアップしてくれたおかげですが）、キッチンもついていたため、小さな子供（１歳）のためのご飯をスーパーマーケットで購入してきた食材を使って料理することができ、とてもよかったです。 パースは、物価がとても高いので、キッチンがついていたのは、とてもありがたかったです。 まわりが観光地ではないため、バルコニーからの景色自体はイマイチですので、そういうものを愉しみたいというのであれば、リバーサイド、シーサイドのホテルを選ぶか（たとえば、フリーマントルのホテル）した方が良いと思います。

“静かで素晴らしいホテル”

マンションを改造して作ったのかと思うような、一部屋一部屋がとても広く、余裕のある部屋でとても快適に過ごすことができました。また、1階にあるラウンジにあるクッキーがとてもおいしかったです。難を挙げるとすれば市の中心部から遠いことですが、パースのような静けさや街並みの美しさを楽しむ街では、むしろ良かったと思います。

“BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE”

We were thrilled with our spacious accommodation, level of service, food and restaurants at The Richardson. All staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to make our week-long stay comfortable, It’s quiet, tasteful, with every available service. It’s a gem. I would highly recommend it to the discerning traveller.

“Very poor service and false hopes”

This place is not a spa and the pools is not even heated. No pool steps to get into the pool just a ladder. Not good for people.

Out of CBS but an easy walk. Many restaurants close by. Hotel restaurant Opus highly recommended.

This is my third stay at the hotel in the last 12 months. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is good. Dining in Opus restaurant is excellent. Good selection for breakfast.

“Gorgeous hotel, great room”

Wish I'd had more time there. Suite was lovely, nice and big with plenty of facilities available. No magazines in the room which was a shame for light reading or to take to the spa for a lazy day by the pool. Only issue in spa area was no shower for cooling off after the sauna, and there was a draught (very windy cold day). The massages were very expensive, lovely and indulgent but I like mine firm and worthwhile, didn't quite cut the mustard for me. Overall the room, staff and facilities were excellent, most amazing complimentary Morroccan green tea, and great variety of snacks in room.

Very nice. The hotel is very new and clean. The room options suited us very well and the room facilities are very good e.g. cable tv, coffee machine etc. While they appear understaffed and busy, the staff were still very friendly, efficient and helpful. Location is close to Domain stadium so suited our purposes but is about a 20 minute walk to the CBD - the area is very quiet so taxis will need to be ordered. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen and living room - great for families. Very clean, new and comfortable.

The hotel is located away from any restaurants or shops which makes it very quiet. The hotel is certainly very clean and have large rooms with an outstanding service quality. The fitness room are great, well equipped and everything is provided. Fast wifi is available in our room. The hotel staff goes all out to help us.
