The apartment was good and had all the amenities. Any problems were resolved fast by the staff.

No service staff after 8pm. Big hassle checking in. Then got me a room with someone inside sleeping. Quickly got out, call again and told me no more room available. Have to take a taxi to another Punthill, big hassle again getting the entrance card and no service staff on site. All in took 2 hours to get into room way passed midnight. You have one angry customer with big phone bill to pay!!!!

I always love staying here but on this day I had some very loud neighbours, and that was not punthills fault but the fact that I had to call and discuss this with someone about 5 times throughout the entire night to have them keep it down was not the greatest form of management as the policy states there is a 0 party policy and people will be asked to leave if they do decide to have a party or are loud. I did not hear security come up once to manage this and that was disappointing, I had no sleep that night and so I had to book another night and to be moved to another room so that I was able to have time to myself and some actual sleep. It was not worth my money on this night as I had booked for business and a quiet night in to myself so that I can focus on work and get a decent sleep but this is not what had happened. Everything else is great, however something more needs to be done in this situation as it's not fair on the paying customer such as myself to have this happen when I've chosen your hotel to stay and nothing has been done to fix an issue after a few phone calls and two compliants the following morning because at 8am they were still blasting music and singing very loudly.

Great bed , small TV but the rest was fine

The staff are great .... except for the actual hotel Manager(s) - I've stayed at this Hotel many times, and usually book additional nights. This seems to be a major issue if the Manager's are at the front desk. They don't activate the keys or the wifi. This happened 4 times, so I dont think it was 'accidental' and never had an issue with the other staff when I rebooked. So the last time this happened, I went to get Dinner and my 15 year old stayed in the hotel room, by the time I got back, reception was closed and my Key didnt work. Luckily, a couple walked in to the hotel and I was able to go up in the Lift and because my Daughter was in the room, I was able to go inside. The Managers (Husband and Wife) are complete idiots. But other than that, the hotels great.

Although we had a bit of an issue with the room key cards that wouldn't work when I tried to get back in after hours, I have not a bad thing to say about this punthill. Staff are great , rooms are fantastic and I will stay here over and over. I'd live here if I could ! Thanks for a great stay always :) Only critique that I have is that it would be lovely if air conditioning was available in the bedroom but the one in the lounge does cover it , just need to keep that door open on a hot night . thanks again :)

I needed a getaway just to be alone and so I decided to come here as it was close to work and convenient to get to. I found parking right away, the staff were lovely, all very kind and accommodating . The room was excellent, I really felt like I was in my comfort zone and was very happy to be here. Surprisingly the views did not look like 'Dandenong' when looking out the balcony, it almost looked like Vegas as the coloured poles on the main strip lit up at night and on the right you could see the dandenong mountains which was breathtaking especially at sunset. I would recommend Punthill - Dandenong to anyone who wishes to stay in the area, wether you are on business, in a group or solo, its suitable for all and very pleasant, also reasonable prices via agoda!

Enjoyed my stay.To Mr Joe a big Thank You for allowing me to check in early or else I don't know where to go.Definately will not be my last.All yr room service staffs are wonderful & friendly too.

We booked a 2 room apartment . It was very spacious and fully equip with cooking utensils which enable us to cook our dinner.

There is a beautiful park just right of the hotel. You can take a short walk to the big shopping mall and walk freely in the town. There are lots of good food stalls in the shopping mall and ATM machines.

“great location ”
If needing to be in Dandenong this is a great place to stay. While on the main road intersection, it was very quiet inside. Had a broken shower and needed to change apartments. Unfortunately not all have the same kitchen items so some of the food we had already purchased was unable to be cooked. second apartment lacked a coffee plunger and baking tray and when i turned on the oven tit smoked badly. Also was not informed that the spa and gym would be closed.
