フリートラムの中にあり、何処に行こうとしてもとても便利な場所。アパートメント形式なので 他の人に干渉されることもなく、市場で好きな食材を調達すれば、豪華な晩餐もできる。 とても清潔であるが、古い建物なので音が響くこともある。

Couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone, email response was unhelpful with basic information. Beautiful entrance and interior of the building however our room was fairly run down. As soon as I entered the room I heard the oven timer making a non stop clicking sound, phone didn't work and no staff could be found including the closed reception. Found the switch box behind the range hood to turn off the oven circuit and stop the broken oven timer from making noise. Fridge had power but was broken, filled with stagnant water, terrible smell and was much warmer then the room temperate and did not cool. TV antenna wall plug was pushed inside the wall and tv was not connected. Portable air conditioner in the room did not have the outlet hose so couldn't be used. Safe was locked or broken and couldn't be opened. Bed was clean and very comfortable (firm mattress which I like) Room was fairly unclean, marks, scratches and holes in the walls. Black mould in the shower and ancient hair dryer.

Have stayed here previously a year ago and thought it was great, however this time was completely different. We will never stay here again, the service was terrible, couldn’t get through to reception a week before arrival, via phone and email, took 25 mins to get into the front door, thanks to a cleaner who finally let us in, the front desk was closed, had to wait another 20 mins for their arrival, the room was filthy, stains on the carpet ,chairs, the aircon didn’t work, tiles missing in the bathroom, mould on the shower curtain, the windows didn’t lock, the room smelt of cigarette, there was a huge hole in the floor boards that was covered with carpet, every time we walked passed it we fell in it, we couldn’t check out as yet again there was no-one at the desk and we were with another family waiting and we all decided to leave cards in the rooms after trying the phone number around 25 times including the after hours emerg number, location and size of the room was great and that’s it!

I stayed here on a Wednesday night and with the low price I expected a catch. With a lot of negative reviews recently I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I was given room 11 on the first floor, rooms were spacious and adequately cleaned except for a patch of old cobwebs in a corner of the bedroom ceiling, bathroom was quite clean with no signs of mould other guests have complained about, kitchen was adequate and clean but I did not make use of it as there were plenty of superb restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable. The only downside is my room faced little Bourke street and you can hear people talking through the windows on the street below and I was woken up once in the middle of the night by a garbage truck beeping as it reversed into a lane. Guess that was the catch in the bargain price I paid for.

Clean but smelt badly of stale cigarette smoke. Old cigarette butts seen lying on outside window ledge. TV broken & no remote. Phone to reception broken. Shower door missing so water went all over bathroom floor. Tap fittings & kitchen cabinet/bathroom fittings broken

Great value apartments that are very well located in central Melbourne: these are spacious and clean but the apartments are starting to show their age and have some wear and tear: (broken tiles etc, leaking roof in building, not apartment) this is not really a problem. There is no reception accessible from the outside and it took nearly 15 minutes of ringing the bell and calling the phone number (no reply) to get into the building! On checkout reception was supposed to open at 8am: at 8.30 a cleaner turned up and took the keys. Could be managed better but great value for money otherwise.

I was quite surprised at the facilities and the room for the price I paid. The staff was excellent and ready to help when asked. Convenient location for my doctors appointment next day and lots of eating places around, even an IGA if you want to go that way. However, I was there on a Tuesday night and my room was on Little Bourke Street and I had very little sleep with the bar trashing bottles at 11 am, then garbage pickups at 2 am and 4 am, then laundry truck at 6:30 am and so at 7 am I gave up and got up.

We stayed here for $150 for 2 x 1 bedroom apartments when we just needed a place to crash while moving house. I stayed there when it was Quest and I never would again, but as Coppin the rooms were so much better maintained. Would definitely recommend even for a weekend or more. Can’t beat the location.

The apartment was cheap at $70 for the night. It was older but big. The bed was cleaned but there was heaps of dust under the bed. The bench tops were not cleaned. The remote was under the couch. The welcome book was dirty. There is no excuse for dirty apartments. It was shabby but again no excuse for half cleaned apartments. I was not advised on Wi-Fi upon check in.

I checked-in into room 70 on 14 February. The air-condition malfunctioned so were the lights in my kitchen. I later discovered the hot plates in the kitchen too were not working. I reported the matter to the receptionist (male) the same day and you could just tell from his demeanor that he could not care a damn. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:30am the next day and I told her to give me 5 minutes to leave the room. She agreed. I took 2 minutes and when I came out she was nowhere to be seen. My room was not made, not once, throughout my entire stay. The air condition, kitchen lights and hot plates were not fixed till the day I left on 17 February. The service is atrocious to say the least. Housekeeping staff constantly yelling at each other for long spell at a time. What a nightmare!!

Coppin was perfect for a getaway, the location was perfect, the place was immaculate and it was so peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing and definitely worth the money. I had my own little kitchen to cook in and a large tv to watch. The bed was so soft and comfortable and it was overall a very comforting place. Probably my favourite place I’ve ever stayed

“あまりお薦めしません。”
まず部屋が汚い。バスルームがカビ臭い。カーペットが汚い。コンセントの差込口が壊れている。私の部屋は通りに面していたのですごくうるさくて夜中に何度も目が覚めました。窓のロックもしっかりしていなくてセキュリティーの面でも少し不安でした。エアコンは使用しませんでしたが、動かないようでした。友人の部屋は広くてきれいだったので別館に泊まれば問題なかったかも。チャイナタウンも近くレストランや駅のアクセスもいいです。プールもあるし、歴史的で素敵な建物なので、改装すれば良いホテルなのに残念です。
