Dear Guest I can confirm that all bed linen was freshly changed on the day of your arrival as it is for all rooms that have been occupied the evening before. Your explanation of the water quality does not make any sense and the water testing and quality in Horsham is above all the standard requirements and Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water who are our water providers are held in high esteem for the provision of exceptional quality water. Your review is unfair and untrue. You can find yourself other accommodation when next in Horsham as you will not be welcome to stay with us in the future. Wherever you choose to stay in Horsham you will find the exact same quality water. Regards, Liz Owner/Manager

Stayed here recently on a trip to Horsham and was happy with my choice. The receptionist was lovely, gave helpful info re the motel and cabs etc. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom soptless. Would definately stay here agin and woulod not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Nice and clean, very friendly welcome and close to town, so most things were within walking distance. Very quiet at night and the bed was pretty comfy which meant a good nights sleep. My only negative is that there wasn’t much bench space in the bathroom to put my things on. Overall it was a great stay.

I had an overnight stay and found the room very clean and the bed comfortable.. If required there were extra pillows, blankets, ironing board toaster, coffee cups kettle.. Etc.. All the things to make your stay more personal. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many pubs restaurants, shops and supermarket... Would recommend for overnight and rooms well equipped for longer stays. Liz, the owner was very welcoming friendly and helpful.

Simple accommodation but wasn't displeased. We had a wedding and didnt spend much time at the hotel, it was clean and the staff were very friendly. Decor was dated, but well presented. Perfect if you are just looking for somewhere to rest your head.
