Arrived to find booked room unavailable. Agreed to downgraded room with a credit to be applied to my credit card. Credit never received and no call back from property when queried.

Adam - the motel manager is very rude when it comes to customer service. 1. Lied to customer about the broken wifi. He knew that it wasn't working, however lying about it the he was fixing it. 2. No preparation for the reservation. He lied about sending a message about the Room Number and the keys. Customer arrived without no information about the room & key. 3. Room has issue with the light switch. Left the customer in the dark to figure out. Called him a second time, come to fix with amature fix, not professional. 4. Third call in the morning, politely asking if I can swap a wet town. Agressively blowed to the customer that the rule is one towl per customer. There was no such of that rule written in the room, neither the Agoda apps or hotel management rule. Continued to lie about the broken wifi. Very rude hanged up the phone and againsted customer simple request. 4. His father suddenly called me up for a conversation that I should know the rule when stepped into someone house. Not right, customer paid and they deserved a polite and helpful customer service. People who have no customer services skills will ruin this beautiful hotel and the friendliness that Lorne community offered. Avoided this Hotel Management!

“Nice and cozy”
We have a lovely trip to Apollo Bay. The room is super cozy and lovely. We have the ocean view right outside the balcony, check in and out are super easy. Very recommended
