Just getting a little old for the money. Shower door does not shut properly. Mold patch in shower. Wash basin top significantly worn away and stained. Two cut down, make shift, chairs provided. Washing up bowl provided as a sink? Very dated bed, no headboard and dated side lamp. All for $275 per night?

Would not recommend this property. As an apartment it was disappointing that it did not provide proper washing up facilities - small basin located in a cupboard with nowhere appropriate to wash up dishes. The cooking facilities - bbq inside cupboard to be wheeled outside but what shocked us was the storage of the gas bottle inside the unit itself. Surely this is against all fire and health and safety regulations. The vertical blinds were not functioning properly and provided little privacy. The unit could have been cleaner - especially the floor.

Loved outdoor patio with bbq. Also has a 2nd bathroom outside adjoining patio. Close walk to shops and cafes, pubs etc. Plenty of parking for 2 cars and boat.

Arrived to find the room so hot you could not remain inside. There was no water in the fridge, tea, coffee etc. No air-conditioning in the loft bedroom meant it was unbearable and as hot air rises there was no window or way to cool the room. The toilet appeared to have never been cleaned. The towels were torn and so small were useless. The kettle was filthy and when the water was pored out it looked black with pieces of rust and scale. The fridge was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. The couch was so filthy it was necessary to cover it in a towel to summon the courage to sit on it. The shower did have extremely good pressure and the location was excellent. There was a shaded carport which was good. I think the other rooms might be better but this one was terrible.

The owners of our three-bedroom villa certainly left no stone unturned to ensure a comfortable stay. The lock-up key system provides easy access for late arrivals (after a 15-hour drive from Perth) and the first thing we noticed upon entry was the abundance of space. The place was as neat as a pin and fitted-out to comfortably accommodate up to six people (3 x double settees; big 6-seater dining table; one double-bedroom + two rooms with 2 single beds each). The kitchen area has a pleasant surprise in every draw: enough utensils to satisfy a 'master chef' with extra crockery, cutlery and pots & pans in a variety of sizes. The microwave/convection oven allows for cooking and heating options. The bedrooms have plenty of pillows for extra comfort and the two lower-level rooms have their own reverse-cycle air-con. The only negatives: the upper bedroom trapped the heat and only had a pedestal fan - no air-con. Also, the DVD player didn't work. Overall: very good.

Great location and plenty of room inside and outside to enjoy. Only disadvantage was no dishwasher especially for a three bedroom apartment and only one bathroom.

osprey holiday village is not as nice and modern as its photos show. was a bit disappointed at the onstart. the room is decent though. the bed seemed abit sandy and the aircon controller was out of battery. a nice place to stay in the area otherwise. room was spacious with pretty much whatever you will need. the need of submitting credit card details including security number for bond prior to reaching was not a very good practice as well.

No wifi, room small, the rubbish bin was not cleared and it attracted an army of ants outside the unit. Cleanliness wise is ok, car just park outside the unit.

Saubere Unterkunft mit genug Platz für 5 oder 6 Personen. Waschmaschine, zusätzliche Waschbecken und 2. Badezimmer mit WC war toll. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Exmouth- die Lebensmittelläden sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen!

Great location, directly opposite potshot bar and bottlo. Walking distance from the shops. Clean & tidy. Great idea of an outside bathroom to wash the beach sand off after a day of snorkelling.

“Great accommodation”
