宿泊施設は海岸からも近く、ショッピングやスーパーやレストランなどとても近くて便利でした。 駐車場も近くに無料で利用できるところがありました。

バイロンベイは長距離・ローカルバス、電車がほぼ同じ場所にあり、そこから歩いてすぐの場所にあります。Nomadsはちょっと高めのホステルで、ここもバス付き少人数のいい部屋だと$40弱することもあります。その分設備は整っていて、掃除も行き届いています。WiFiはフリーでしtが、調子が悪く初日しか使えませんでした。近くのバーレストランが夕方送迎に来てくれるのですが、そこで３０分フリー券をくれるのでネットはそこでやってました。あとチェックアウト後の荷物預かりはやってくれず、有料のロッカーを使う必要があります。ロッカーは時間制で、自分は＄４かかりましたが、長く使えばもっとかかります。また受付で支払うとカードはサーチャージを取られます。

バイロンベイという事もあり、宿泊している人もテンションが高く知らない人同士、国境を越えて、友達になれます。ただ、とてもにぎやかなので、静かに眠りたい人にはおススメできません。

Quite a party hostel & very rowdy at night no matter what day of the week it is, which isn’t surprising as Nomads locations everywhere are pretty known for that. Great pillows, clean rooms.

The location is great, close to everything. Some of the people who work there is really nice. The air con in the room did not work very well, so it was crazy hot and the wifi did not work in there either. A lot of bugs in the room too, like cockroaches. The bathrooms was pretty nasty, super humid, roof full of mould and never any toiletpaper. One kitchen for so many people is also a bit much and all my stuff in the fridge was soaking wet. Think this place has a lot of potential, but some things need to be fixed. A good place to meet people though, met a lot of great people here.

A Good Hostel with different activities everyday. Big plus for the surfrent, 10$ for a full day! :) Cons is the closing times, 9 for the kitchen and 10 for commonareas is to early!

This is a backpacker kind of hostel. I spent a night there and couldn't wait to get out of the place for a couple of reasons. 1) The corridor and elevator stink quite badly 2) There's no soundproof walls in the rooms at all. I spent the Xmas eve there and people were screaming and partying till dawn and I could hear everything very clearly in my room even though I got a corner room. 3) There's no water heater and hair dryer. In summary, it's a very basic hotel and I personally won't recommend anyone who is seeking for comfort after few hours of drive to Byron Bay.
Hi and thanks for your review. We are a hostel so not a hotel however we strive to provide our guests some comfort away from home. We do have a very youthful customer basis however we do stop the partying at 10pm at night and close all of our common areas. We do have a water heater in all of our bathrooms and showers and taps in the kitchen however if you like to let us know what you mean hopefully we can help. We have hair dryers at reception also to hire or borrow at your convenience. We do hope we can see you again soon. Cheers Nomads

On arrival, we had asked for a quiet room located to the back of the hostel as we wanted to sleep having come off a flight., to that the reception staff response was that it was a party hostel. The room was dirty, hadn’t been hovered and the aircon unit was leaking. The cleaning team come as a group into the room and left our door unlocked on leaving, very unsafe. The kitchen facilities were disgusting, nothing cleaned, broken pans and lids, over crowded fridges and far too many people using the small space, it’s needs to be double the size to cater for the amount of guests. On our last night, we had a drunk lad kicking at our door for 30 mins at 4am trying to get into our room, it wasn’t his room. No one came to our assistants., very annoying. The location is the only positive thing we found on our stay. We wouldn’t recommend to our friends.
Hi and thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. For night time we have a night a manager on at all times and he would have been able to give you assistance if you had let him know your situation. We do have walk rounds however they are done every hour to make sure our reception desk is still manned also for guests coming in. Although we can't make our kitchen on site any bigger we provide cooking materials, we will have a look at all of our materials and see what may need to be replaced. The toilets here were some of the dirtiest I've experienced in hostels - there was hair in a sink after someone have shaved for 3 days! They are used by a lot of people and they really need to be cleaned every hour or 2, not the once or twice a day that they do at the moment. Fair few cockroach sightings in the Dorm and elsewhere too. The hostel feels like it is missing a few things - There are only a couple of plug sockets in the Dorm so you will be leaning over someone's bed to get to them /people will be leaning over you! There needs to be more quiet places to hang out with seating so you can call home /watch a film /read a book etc without blaring music. More varied events to bring people together would be good. The burger night had no veggie options and the pizza night didn't happen. There is no bar so you can buy booze outside which is a nice change from other hostels in Aus.

I had a six bed dorm room with a private bathroom and it was very good! Comfy beds, big rooms and the private bathroom was clean and new!

The noise from adjacent nightclubs is deafening and didn't stop until 230am. Stay anywhere but here if you want a good nights sleep for your money
Hey Nathan and thank you for your review, because we are a hostel we really try to keep the noise to a minimum for our guests. However, as a youth hostel during Schoolies we do have a certain amount of noise. To be honest, that was one of our worst experiences so far traveling around the world. Yes, it‘s a backpacker and we were fully aware before booking. But we never had such a bad experience. It was extremely dirty, when we checked in there were nuts and paper waste spread all over the floor. The bathroom was full of hairs with a sticky floor and we booked the „Master Room“ (more or less double the price of a shared room). I don‘t want to know how the shared bathrooms looks like. During the night there were drunken teens hammering the doors, screaming in the floors ... buah, no way that we ever go there again.

We do have a 24 hour reception, so if these issues at night happen, we ask guests to come and see reception so they can reduce the noise/issues at night. Basically this is a back packers run by young people, very help full staff, couldn't get a better location, and with free parking, but its noisy, as you would expect from a back packers, we got a king room with an ensuite bathroom, unfortunately the cleanliness was what you would expect from a student flat.

Originally we booked for 4 nights but then we extended to 7 because we liked it so much. Nomads is a great hostel for backpackers who are looking to meet other travellers and have a good time. All the workers are super chill and there is always some time of party or event going on!

“ヒッピータウン バイロンベイ”
メインビーチから徒歩3分とロケーションは、抜群でホステルの裏手には、スーパーマーケットがありました。 清掃は、全体的に行き届いていた印象で、レセプション周りなども綺麗にされておりました。キッチンは、収容人数も多いことから、常に混んでおり、21:30クローズは少し厳しい感じがしました。 また、アルコールが持ち込めることで、年末ということで、騒がしい一面もありました。ゆっくり静かな場所で…という方には、不向きかもしれません。
