とにかく場所は便利。スーパーもあるし、レストランもある。 バス駅にも近く、あちらこちらに移動可能。 強いて言えば、シャワーだけでなく、バスルームも欲しかった。

CBDのローマストリート駅からタクシーで１７ドルの距離。アパートの前の道をはさんで反対側にバスステーションがあり、CBDへも１０分ほどで行けます。空港まではタクシーで３５分ほど、５０ドルでした。オーストラリアのこのようなタイプのホテル型アパートは週に一回の掃除、リネン交換が当たり前だそうです。こちらのアパートも金曜だけでした。つまり滞在中のシーツ、タオルの交換はたった一度です。始めからわかっていれば、問題なし。普通のホテルのようなサービスを期待するといけません。こちらに住む友人からきつく言われました。また、チップも絶対におくなとも言われました。

We stayed here at the end of a holiday, loved the location - close to some incredible restaurants and facilities at a short stroll. Was a lovely little room, would stay again.

The staff were great, We had a problem with the the shower area. this was fixed on the same day while we were out and about. The area around this area has great cafes and restaurants , all worth going too for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Staff member at front counter was rude when I asked a legitimate question regarding the deposit for my one night stay. I was polite and courteous and she made a judgement statement that I was disgruntled. In the end, no deposit was taken however, the rooms bedding was not satisfactory… the mattress springs were faulty and clearly poking through linen, bed was also lobsided. Foxtel and Tv kept playing up and kept freezing up controls. Would not recommend to anyone.

Not fancy but all needs met. Location is great if attending Gabba or location. Some noise at 3am from upstairs noisy neighbour otherwise traffic in morning as it is a busy location.

Great value little studio apartments for a short stay for a couple of meetings in Brisbane and a game of footy at the Gabba... all really convenient. Only thing was, there is a little bit of raod / train noise from outside and our place didnt have a balcony, otherwise great

Stayed 2 nights with some friends. We had ample room. The kitchen dining and lounge area are very spacious. You have privacy in both bedrooms. The convenience of own washer and dryer a plus. Will definitely book again in the future

Flawless, did not have any problems with this accommodation. Staff very friendly, as are the residents I met in the gym area. Close to transport, and only a short 1.5km stroll to Southbank.

front counter staff were very rude, the room shelves were broken and dirty in the bedroom, everything in the room was the cheapest possible. badly need renovating.

Great hotel. Lifts need some attention, bit slow or not working. Otherwise totally would stay there again.

Directly opposite the Gabba. Beartown Cafe served up a great breakfast. Walking distance to Southbank and CBD.
