ホテル自体は素晴らしかったです。清潔で快適な部屋に素晴らしいアメニティがあり、すべてに近い素晴らしい立地でした。しかし、スタッフとの経験は理想的とは言えませんでした。到着したとき、予約に問題がありました。スタッフがシステムを二重に確認していなかったため、最初は予約がないと思われました。それを解決するのに少し時間がかかり、長旅の後にイライラしました。しかし、それが解決した後は滞在を楽しむことができました。ホテル自体は本当に素晴らしいので、マネージメントがチェックインプロセスを改善できることを願っています。

アイビススタイルズオルバニーに滞在してとても良い時間を過ごしました。場所はオルバニーの町にとても近く、ホテルの前にはシェルのガソリンスタンドがありました。駐車スペースもたくさんあり、実際に自分の部屋の前に駐車することができました。受付のスタッフは非常に親切で助けになりました。部屋は3人には十分な広さで、ダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド2台がありました。快適でした。枕、毛布、タオルも私たちには良かったです。冷蔵庫やケトル、トースターがあり、簡単に朝食を作ることができて、次の目的地に出発する前に便利でした。オルバニーに来る際にはアイビスに滞在することを強くお勧めします。素晴らしい町です。この場所を恋しく思うでしょう。ありがとうございました。

“オーストラリアデイのロングウィークエンドの滞在”
長い週末と学校の休暇でしたが、上の階に隣り合った2つの部屋を予約することができました。部屋は清潔で、スタッフも親切、立地も良く、急な予約で隣の部屋を用意してもらえたのは素晴らしかったです。時期的に少し料金が高かったですが、オフシーズンや中旬の料金に比べるとその追加費用は価値がありました。おすすめでき、また滞在したいと思います。
